Reviews and Ratings
My stay at The Kimberley Hotel was a mixed experience. The location is superb, just a two-minute walk to the MTR and surrounded by eateries. However, the room I initially received had plumbing issues, though staff promptly resolved this upon my request. The facilities could certainly use some refreshing, but the friendly service made my stay worthwhile. 😊
I had a mixed experience at The Kimberley Hotel. While the location was excellent, close to MTR and local shops, the rooms were quite dated and needed renovation. The service from the staff was generally friendly, but I faced some annoying issues with the room key and maintenance. Overall, it was good value for a budget hotel, but improvements are definitely needed.
I recently stayed at the Kimberley Hotel in Hong Kong and found it to be a mixed bag. On the plus side, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my experience better than it might have been otherwise. However, the rooms were quite dated and in need of serious renovations, which detracted from the overall comfort. While the location was great for exploring TST, the room conditions and limited dining options were disappointing.
I enjoyed my stay at The Kimberley Hotel mainly due to its fantastic location. it's a perfect base for anyone exploring Hong Kong. The hotel is slightly worn but reasonably priced for the area. However, my check-in experience was less than ideal, and the front desk staff could definitely improve their customer service skills.
During my stay at The Kimberley Hotel, I appreciated the great location near Kowloon Park and various eateries, which made it easy to explore the area (and the MTR station was within walking distance!). However, I encountered some significant issues, including an unclean room and frustratingly rude staff interactions. While the room itself was spacious, the overall experience left much to be desired.
